What data we collect and why
If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, company (if you provide it) and the content of your message. The only purpose is to handle your enquiry and reply to you.
Simply browsing the website does not involve collecting personal data: we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request where the enquiry is commercial (art. 6.1.b).
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and afterwards for the periods required by law to address any liabilities. If no commercial relationship follows, the data is deleted once the enquiry is closed.
Recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. To operate, the website relies on technology providers acting as data processors: the site hosting service and the email sending and receiving service, both under a data processing agreement.
